Ŕnthropos and Technč

Development of Technology for Human beings, and understanding Human beings through Technology

Recently there has been an increasing interest of scientific research related to the investigation of the relationships between Human Science and New Technologies. As matter of fact, innovations and prototypes aimed at creating assistive technologies to support humans in various psychological, cognitive and social aspects have become part of our everyday lives. Moreover the well-established perspective of cybernetics aiming to build artificial systems (computer simulations, artificial life and intelligent systems, robots, etc.) reproducing and explaining natural phenomena (including human behaviours) has been employed as scientific research methodology by the all branches of scientific disciplines. The Antropos and Technč Symposium has the ambition to encourage and pave the way for initiatives creating fruitful and valuable ongoing exchanges between the two communities of "Humanists" and "Technologists".

The program of the event comprises of different meetings in order to address professionals and experts in the field, as well as everyone who might be interested in participating.
